Form Settings

The following help desk article will enumerate the various options given to you in the Form Settings tab within the Form Builder.
  • Form Basics
    • Form Title
      • This is where you can add or change your form title.
    • Form Description
      • You can change the description of your form here.

  • Form Layout
    • Label Placement
      • This determines how you would like the labels for your form elements to be aligned.
    • Description Placement
      • This determines how you would like the descriptions for your form elements to be aligned.
    • Sub-Label Placement
      • You can adjust the placement (above or below input elements) of your sub-labels here.
    • CSS-Class Name
      • If you wish to override the default theme for your form, provide your chosen CSS class name in the input field to give your form the customized CSS.

  • Form Button
    • Input Type
      • You can change whether the button that will submit your form will be either text or an image.
      • Once you have select text or image, you will be asked to provide the necessary parameters.
    • Button Conditional Logic
      • You can use this tool to only make the button appear if certain criteria are met on your form. For example, if you only want people above a certain age to be able to submit your form, you can check the date of birth field and use conditional logic to check if the age fulfills your criteria. input.

  • Save and Continue
    • You can enable this option to allow your users to save their form and come back to it later. This is not recommended unless you have an SSL certificate and a working HTTPS URL.


  • Restrictions
    • Limit Number of Entries
      • If you choose, you can allow the form to be submitted a certain number of times.
    • Schedule Form
      • By using this option, you can set the form to only be accessible under a certain time-frame.
    • Require users to be logged in
      • You can set this option to ensure that only users who have an account can access your form.

  • Form Options
    • Anti-Spam Honeypot
      • By enabling the Anti-Spam Honeypot, you can help reduce spam entries or automated inputs.
    • Animated Transitions
      • If this option is selected, the transitions between conditional logic options and other related objects will be animated. It is suggested to you caution with this, since this may reduce the overall usability of your form in certain select cases. (i.e. on mobile devices)
